If you’re looking for a stress-free way to get portrait-quality photos without booking a full session, a Christmas mini session is the perfect fit — you get in, get styled shots in every set, and get out in half an hour with images ready for your holiday cards.

Hi everyone!
This season, we’ve prepared four beautiful sets, and you’ll be able to choose the ones that best match your family’s style and outfits:
- Classic Red Set – fully red background, bold and unique!
- Holiday Green Set – fully green background, warm and unique!
- Cream & Green Tree Set – soft creamy tones with a big Christmas tree, elegant and warm
- Nutcracker Set – Vintage inspired. A low-key brown setup with nutcrackers and holiday props.
Session Length:
Each mini session is 30 minutes. If you think changing outfits might feel stressful within that time, we recommend choosing one well-coordinated outfit for everyone.
If you feel confident that your family can switch quickly, you’re more than welcome to bring two outfits. Perhaps one cozy/casual look and one more dressed-up style.
Come ready to go with the first set of outfit to save time.
Outfit Ideas:
- Casual: matching Christmas pyjamas, cozy sweaters, or festive knits.
Don’t forget matching socks or fun-looking slippers if you don’t like to go barefoot. - Dressy: holiday dresses, button-ups, suspenders, or smart-casual outfits.
- Clean, polished shoes make a big difference. If you go formal, bring brand-new or clean shoes that complete the look.
Colour Palette Suggestions:
- Red Set: Green, gold or casual outfits like jeans go very nicely in this set. Very beautiful and out of the box, great for a happy look
- Green Set: Burgundy, ivory, soft browns, or champagne tones bring warmth and balance.
For this, a combination of green and red goes very beautifully. - Cream & Tree Set: Muted green, warm beige, soft white, or dusty rose add an elegant, timeless feel.

Try to avoid neon colours or large logos so your family remains the focus in every photo.
Why Book a Christmas Mini Session
Full family photoshoots are wonderful, but not every family needs (or has time for) a full hour-plus session every year. Christmas mini sessions give you a quicker, more affordable way to update your family portraits annually — perfect for a fresh profile photo, a holiday card your relatives will actually keep, or just a yearly tradition to look back on as your kids grow. Since spots are limited to just five dates, we recommend booking early — our November weekends tend to fill up fast every year.
